THE OLD SCHOOL 2 DAYS – HANDS ON
Taught by Barbers from the world famous Schorem Barbershop, this two-day hands-on training will allow you to master the iconic old school techniques of Schorem and Reuzel. We will work through four Classic haircuts: the Vanguard, Executive Contour, Boogie, and Flat Top.
From foundational techniques to tips and tricks that make the difference in perfecting classic cuts, you will walk away with all that you need to integrate REUZEL techniques into your everyday work.
Tool Requirements:
- Interchangeable Bladed Clipper with #000, #0A, #1 blades OR Adjustable bladed Clipper with plastic attachment combs/guards (sizes .5, #1, #1.5)
- Edger
- Straight Shear
- Blending Shear
- Cutting Comb & Clipper Comb
- Taper Comb
- Metal Pick
- Vent Brush
- Flat Topper

- Water Bottle
- Blow Dryer (Bring a voltage adapter if necessary)

9:45 - Demonstrations by instructors, 2 haircuts each
12:00 - Lunch Break
13:00 - Hands-on cutting the Vanguard, while instructors provide tips and tricks.
